Contract Compliance Monitoring and Verification​


EAS provides contract and agreement monitoring, oversight, review and audit services on large, complex contracts and agreements. EAS' services are applied either, on an ongoing basis over the performance period of the agreement or, at or near completion of the contract. EAS reviews and verifies compliance with both, the compensatory terms of the agreement, as well as verifies compliance with other non-compensatory agreement terms and conditions. In the event that noncompliance is determined, EAS then documents the non compliance, if applicable quantifies the financial impact of non-compliance then assists with the equitable resolution of the noncompliance.
